People would love to be the CEO of a top 500 Fortune company and the only ones who make it that far are the people who are focused and know what risks and strategies to make. Innovations are easy to make but it is the implementation part that is most difficult to do and manage. I had many great ideas to start with but implementing them properly and successfully took me a long time.
With the way the world and technology is changing, I need to be on my feet all the time and I need to capture more market percentage of the market than my competitors in order to survive in this Rat Race. If you want to be successful you should follow the principles of hard work, courage and the want to learn more and more. The reason for my growth is that I had full knowledge about my field of business, who my competitors are, and what they do etc. This quality cannot be obtained by reading books but it comes by real life experience.
I would advice everyone to learn as much as they can in their field of business and this would help them grow one day on their own and rule the world. Knowledge never fades away so learn something new every day. It finally seems that all my hard work has paid off. The fact that I am a CEO of one of the top 500 Fortune companies give me immense pleasure.
