The administrative and operational leadership focus of this position shall be on the recruitment, credentialing, training, supervision, and retention of practitioners. In collaboration with the CMO, the VP-Chief PPO shall work in compliance with all medical policies, directives, rules, regulations, and clinical performance standards of the state, federal government, bylaws, and accrediting bodies and serves as the corporationu0026rsquo;s ultimate authority on medical issues.
